(Almost) Everything You Need To Play One D&D
The new Player’s Handbook is out, and with it, players are going to need some updated content! While I unfortunately can’t cover literally everything you’ll need as some items can not be linked to, these articles should provide you with 99% of what you need to succeed in One D&D. To that end, for anything I do not have, be sure to look it up in the appropriate sourcebooks for the information.

The Main Changes from the 5e to 2024 PHB
First, you’re going to need all the changes from 5th edition to the new edition.
Deciding On a Character
Do you need help in building a character in general? Well we have a guide for that!
Knowing how to build a character is great, but now you have to decide on a character you want to play, and you may want to do that based on how strong it is, or if you need to find something that calls to you more, the subclass tier list or quiz will help!
What if none of these classes are appealing to you or you want something even more specific? That’s where the Multiclass Guide can come in!
Class Guides for Each Build
While you may know what you want to play, you may want to see how a character could be reasonably built. For every class in the new PHB as well as nearly every other subclass in published materials (these will be finished soon enough!), there’s a guide for you. Right now we’re at a bit over 100, and multiclass guides are going to start joining shortly as well so you can play the exact character you want!
While you can absolutely follow my guide and have a great time, you may want to customize the character more based on your tastes. To that end, I have tier lists for species, feats, and spells to help you decide what you may want (the spell tier list section has to be linked as it’s not an individual post).
Spells
As mentioned before, you may want to know the spells you have access to. I can’t embed these links, but you can find the Spell Lists for each class here and the Tier Lists for each spell list here.
DM Materials
So you can build characters, but what if you don’t have a campaign or even adventure ready? I scoured the internet and found over 120 free adventures that you can use to help get you playing as fast as possible!
While I can’t link to every Monster, you can find a pretty good list here so you can help build out your encounters!
More materials will be eventually added for DMs, so stay tuned!
